Veterans Day Celebration
Please join us for a patriotic tribute to our veterans, families and community supporters! This is the 9th year for this event and we will be honoring the 250th Anniversary of Signing of the Declaration of Independence and honoring the 25th Anniversary of 9/11.
This event will take place on November 11, 2026, in the Gig Harbor Vintage Aero Museum with over 500 veterans and community members enjoying lunch, interviews, speakers, and music. This event is the biggest indoor Veterans Day celebration in the State of Washington.

Veterans Day Celebration Sponsorship
In the last 3 years, more than 500 veterans, families, and community members gathered to honor those who have served our country. This event has become the largest indoor Veterans Day celebration in Washington State, providing a meaningful opportunity for our community to recognize the sacrifices and service of our nation's heroes. Your sponsorship helps ensure this inspiring tradition continues—and allows us to provide a memorable experience for our veterans and their families.
Veteran BannersPay Tribute to a Veteran or First Responder
The Kiwanis Club of Gig Harbor presents a chance for you to pay tribute to a Veteran or First Responder. Your banner will be displayed on one of the sixty allocated light poles on Harborview Drive in the Fall of 2026.
COST: Each banner costs $200 and the proceeds after printing costs will be donated to organizations that support Veterans and programs for Veterans.

BANNER PROOF: Within 72 hours after your application has been received, a proof will be emailed to you for review. If you do not receive a proof, please email GigHarborKiwanis@outlook.com. Payment must be received before a proof will be sent.
​REHANGING A BANNER: Veteran Banners will be rehung annually unless you request otherwise.
